1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of obraz27.com (the “Site”) visitors is processed and protected.

The Policy is drafted in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006. By using the Site and submitting the brief you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. What data we process

Through the “tell us about your project” brief form you may share with us:

• your name — required;
• an email or phone for a reply — required;
• your company name — optional;
• a project description (free text) — required.

The project type and budget selected in the form are request parameters and are not personal data.

The “about the project” field is free-form — please do not include excessive personal data, yours or third parties’. We do not process special categories or biometric personal data.

3. How data is collected

The form on the Site does not transmit or store the entered data on the Site’s servers. When you press “send brief”, the data is assembled into an email in your own mail client, which you send yourself at your own discretion. Personal data processing begins when the email arrives in the Studio’s inbox.

For visit statistics the Site uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC). Metrica uses cookies and automatically records technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) in anonymised form — it is used only to analyse traffic and improve the Site, not for ad targeting or user identification. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.

4. Purposes of processing

• replying to your enquiry and staying in touch;
• discussing, preparing and approving the project;
• concluding and performing a contract if we work together.

The data is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Legal grounds for processing

• the data subject’s consent, expressed by voluntarily sending the brief (email);
• actions required to prepare and conclude a contract at the data subject’s initiative.

6. Storage and protection

The data we receive is stored in the Studio’s mail and work systems hosted on servers located in the Russian Federation. It is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 1 (one) year from your last enquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymised. When a contract is concluded, data is kept for the period required by law.

We apply organisational and technical safeguards against unauthorised access: limiting who can access the data, using secured channels and accounts, and regularly deleting outdated data.

7. Cross-border transfer

Personal data is not transferred across borders.

8. Your rights

You may: request information about the processing of your personal data; demand its correction, blocking or deletion; withdraw your consent to processing.
