A hotel complex in Kabardinka — a contemporary take on Mediterranean vernacular, reshaped into ordered terraced massing.
The concept builds on a dialogue between the Hellenic and Koban cultural traditions: the upper part rethinks the proportions of the Parthenon, and a signature ornament with meander and sea-wave motifs gives the building its unique character.
Massive arcades set a ceremonial rhythm and a sense of permanence, while glazed facades and open terraces turn the spaces toward the sea. Three-dimensional fibre-cement panels work as art objects: their relief plays with light and shadow, making the facades dynamic and tactile. A light palette, soft horizontals and rounded balcony lines shape the image of an elegant Mediterranean resort.
The complex reads as a high-end hotel with a distinct resort identity, where the architecture follows the terrain and joins historical references with contemporary comfort.
