The space is a contemporary interpretation of the classical order: strict symmetry, an enfilade of portals and a tall cornice line build a ceremonial perspective.
A white architectural background becomes the calm base, with Rosso Levanto marble as the main accent — the dark stone frames the portals, lift halls and architectural niches. The floors are laid in polished Persian Silk Grey marble; coffered ceilings and the vertical rhythm of the walls compose a classical whole.
Along the windows — soft seating areas overlooking the courtyard, a reception desk and lounge zones. Brass accents, contemporary chandeliers and mirrors amplify the play of light on polished surfaces. The classical order is stripped of historic decor and adapted to a contemporary residential setting — the space reads as the building's inner facade: stately, representative and intimate at once.
