The project is a premium residential complex inspired by classical Dutch architecture and integrated into the water landscape.
The curved form of the building with its rhythmic colonnades nods to the traditions of the Amsterdam School, rethought through the lens of contemporary design.
The complex runs along a canal and includes apartments, retail spaces on the ground floors and public zones. Special attention is paid to a comfortable urban environment: pedestrian embankments with natural planting, stone bridges, terraces with pergolas and rest areas. Vertical greening of the facades and hanging gardens create a sense of unity with nature.
The architectural palette combines light natural stone, glass and metal. Evening string lights on the terraces and the reflection of the facades in the canal shape the romantic atmosphere characteristic of Amsterdam. The project embodies the idea of sustainable urban development with a focus on quality of life, walkability and harmony with the water.
